Trend: Felt

Just about anything and everything these days can be made from felt. From toys, to accessories, to home decorative items… it’s easy to work with and looks awesome. The variety in color is superb, and I love the texture. I used felt in some of the broaches and headbands that I handmade for my girlfriends for Christmas [see post below].

Tanya M - Those roses on the hat are rocking my world right now. Okay, in a tiny, Internet kind of way. And the felted acorns are so cool. I have some colorful ones saved in my favorites for some occasion when someone wants to buy me something, and I’ll just point them right in that direction. They would look so cool all piled together in a jar.
